Please use this portal to apply for moratorium if you have not yet applied. To get started please enter your MIB Account Number and ID card number. If you require any assistance to get your account number please send us an email to customercare@mib.com.mv email address registered at the bank or send an SMS to 7970202 from your mobile phone number registered at the Bank.
